Trie is built on the work below. Each model and library is governed by the current license on its own project page, and the full license text is distributed with that project.

Models

Qwen3-ASR: The recognition model, 1.7B. Qwen/Qwen3-ASR-1.7B, by the Qwen team, Apache License 2.0.
Qwen3.5: The polishing model, 4B, as an MLX 4-bit conversion. mlx-community/Qwen3.5-4B-MLX-4bit, converted from the Qwen team's Qwen3.5-4B, Apache License 2.0.

Both models run on your Mac. Trie downloads them at pinned versions with pinned checksums, and never replaces them on its own.
